Refund Policy

At Lavender Loft Salon, our policy states no refunds for services rendered. Should you be dissatisfied with your haircut or color, please notify us promptly for an opportunity to address your concerns within 48 hours of your appointment. Any adjustments must be scheduled with your original stylist. For color services, 1 hour of your stylist's time is complimentary, but there will be an additional charge for the color used (measured by Salon Scale).

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 100% of the service total will be charged for no show appointments and for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total. 

Pricing 

By booking a service at our salon, you understand that all pricing may change. Each service comes with a base price, and any products used will be measured with Salon Scale and charged on top of that base price, ensuring you only pay for what is used. A detailed invoice will be provided, clearly showing both the base service fee and any additional product costs.
